Hypocrites Sponsor Hypocrites

Hypocrites can only attract hypocrites, so don’t attract them.

I am the first to admit I have many things to learn but one thing I know is people. People are a very peculiar creature. They are emotional yet logical, intuitive yet cautious, hardworking yet lazy, and intelligent yet stupid. In order for you to win people and influence them you must understand this.

-People act emotionally yet they want to feel that the decisions they make are logical ones
-People can intuitively see if someone has their best interest at heart and are cautious of people they don’t know.
-The right people are hard working but they work hard in order to eventually live lazy.
-And some people are so intelligent and know so much that they are crippled into making stupid decisions because they don’t have the vision to see that there way of thinking got them broke.

In order to really understand people we must look into ourselves. And ask 4 questions.

-          Why did I start a home business?

-          Why are the hard things and the easy things easy?

-          Why do you follow the leaders I follow?

-          Why am I were I am today?

-          Am I a hypocrite?

It dumbfounds me how many people I see preaching things that they would never practice in their own network marketing business.

Some people are affiliates for Mike Dillard’s Magnetic sponsoring and have never bought it and read it.  Then they wonder why they are not magnetically attracting new reps, ibo’s, distributors, or consultants, (whatever your company calls them) with credit card in hand ready to join their opportunity.

This is the exact reason why hypocrites fail to sponsor. The solution to their problem is in the material they chose not to dissect.

The sponsoring process is a delicate one. But a network marketing opportunity cannot be built without new active members purchasing, selling and recruiting.

So it is imperative you spend the majority of you energy on signing up new customers and sponsoring new reps, and helping those reps sponsor new reps. But only sponsor people who seem to be congruent and un hypocritical.

Your team is a reflection of you.
