Choose an awesome mentor like i did…..

One of the things most overlooked is actually choosing an upline that is a working upline in your network marketing opportunity.

I don’t care what type of super crazy , super sick, un heard of ,super fruit drink, from the farthest corner of atlantis used by ancient mermaids you happen to be peddling, you won’t go to the top of the comp plan quickly without an awesom upline.

Rule 1 ) If your upline begs you to join. Next please

- Needy uplines will kill your ability to sponsor , people are attracted to leaders and leaders pick who they want.

Rule 2) If your upline is unreliable . Next Please.

- If your upline is unreliable when he/she is prosepcting you i.e Sends you on a webinar doesn’t show up, says he will email you , and you don’t get one. His words are not congruent with his walk equals bad leader.

Rule 3) If your upline doesn’t have his uplines number. Bad
- No system unless maybe, just maybe your upline has no upline and is working with a generic mentor who is not in your opportunity.

Rule 4) If your upline acts like they have no faults. Bad
- If your upline can’t admit that you should check this out or check that out for more info thats bad. Nobody knows how to do everything and a humble yet postured upline , shows you have a person confident in themself as a leader.

Rule 5) If your upline doesn’t give you instructions on what to do next. Next
- Leaders give instructions, and lead the conversation when neccesary.

Thats why i chose the upline i chose. Even though i was contacted by about 11 when i was searching for a new opportunity, the choice was clear. Your upline is your most effective tool.

I can be a real jackass as a prospect ask him, but i did what i did to test what my to be uplines would do. I knew about every opportunity i looked at before i even made myself  “a lead” but i did that in order to find someone i’d be comfortable doing a three way call with and be comfortable introducing my prospects to at a function. As well as help me build a successful business which is my goal and should be yours as well.
